I can’t understand how they came up with the idea of using an 8-bit DAC. The poor-quality DAC becomes even more unusable due to the presence of the pull-up resistor.
Remove the resistor, and you will have another DAC with the same functionality.
The problematic component is resistor R4. Due to this resistor, the DAC can never reach a value of 0. Carefully remove it, as it is small and delicate, and you will need to figure out the best way to do it.
Based on the provided photograph, locate the resistor that needs to be removed.
